Extraction and abatement of steams from aluminium coils production

Design and implementation of the necessary equipment for extraction and filtration of pollutants generated by aluminium coils production lines.

Design

Sizing of the exact speeds of air flow in extraction and discharge ducts, with consequent calculation of the overall load losses depending on the path of the tubes and the other components of the plant, all custom designed.

Total capacity 160,000 m³/h.

The purifier has a three-stage filtration:

• first stage with metal filters
• second stage with wavy acrylic cells specifically designed, with the aim to replace only the filtering mass, recovering frames during maintenance.
• third stage with bag filters mounted on removable frames, to prevent the operator to slip into the filter for maintenance.
