Mobile extractor MFU16 for welding fumes

Mobile MFU16 welding fumes purifier has been designed by Gamma plants for extraction and filtration of fumes and micro-powders generated during metal welding processes.
Thanks to its compact size, wheels and handles, it can be easily moved close to the workstations to extract the fumes straight from the source by using its accessories.

How does it work MFU16 aspires pollutants from a flexible pipe or a suction arm. Then, pollutants are filtered to 99,95% of efficiency while crossing the purifier towards the bottom. Finally, any odour is absorbed by active carbons. Once air is clean, it is returned back into the environment via grids located on both sides of the machine. Environment safety Level of clogging is constantly monitored by a system with a led signal, which advise when it is necessary to clean or substitute filters. Extraction Accessories 3 mt WH extraction arm with hood, handle and rigid aluminium piping; 3 mt WF SUPERFLEX extraction arm with hood, handle and black hose; 160 mm. diam. single connecting piping; 125 mm. diam., double connecting piping.

Structure

Supporting structure of strong galvanised or powder-coated iron, with practical handles and 4 pivoting wheels with brake.
Electrical panel in accordance with CE rules, with on/off switch for ventilation and warning led for filter clogging.
Centrifugal fan with simple inlet, directly paired to asynchronous single-phase engine.
