Extraction hoods for fumes and exhalations from industrial machining processes

Many machining processes of the industrial and professional contexts generate fumes, steams or exhalations, which naturally rise as a result of being heated.

In these cases, extraction hoods are the ideal system for a proper capture of fumes and steams. In fact, pollutants resulting from machining process, by virtue of the higher temperature compared to the environment, tends to rise upwards and towards the hood. Once reached the hood, the air is eventually filtered and conveyed to the fan.

Sizing of an extraction hood is carried out by our technicians depending on machining and available space in the workshop, in order to prevent the polluting agent to be dispersed in the environment. In most cases, to improve efficiently, we implement clear PVC lateral bands fastened all along the edge to ensure containment.
