Cartridges suction bench with integrated fan

GBC suction bench extracts fumes and dust deriving from welding, deburring, sanding and grinding operations of metal, plastic and wood.
The practical and robust bench grants a wide aspiration on the work plan and in front of the operator, protecting his/her respiratory tracts.

Unique functioning Cartridge filtration with self-cleaning system grants long life to filters and 99% of efficiency even during heavy processes. GBC can be completed with wheels and exhaust silencer, becoming a flexible tool for your production.

Structure

• Structure made of modular panels in press-bent galvanized sheet iron bolted together.
• Centrifugal fan specifically designed and located inside the bench: backward shovel impeller directly coupled to the engine, rectangular opening on the side to exhaust air and big enough to easily connect a discharge pipe. On-demand: suction connector, to connect the bench to the centralized system.

Support and work plan with reinforced ribbed structure and external side frames to unload weight on the floor.
Frontal box of top-quality galvanized steel sheet. On-demand: debouncing wire mesh frontal to dampen chips.
Collect drawer of press-bent galvanized sheet to collect major drosses and accidentally fallen objects.
Filtering section consists in cartridge filters with pneumatic cleaning, suitable for heavy processes.

Technical data standard version

On-demand: special versions or ATEX parts to work aluminium and carbon.

GBC with wheels and bend to reinject filtered air in the environment can be employed as a trailer-mounted aspirator.
