When the space in production is reduced to a minimum it is very difficult to design and install an industrial air purification system because normally the components of the same, especially the ventilation and filtration groups, clutter up a lot of space and are difficult to place in the productive context.
Thanks to our experience and the use of the new 3D design technologies we are able to design the industrial air purification systems customized with very high precision, developing them together with the customer in order to foresee every possible solution from the project phase.
Practical example of air purification system: special vertical filtration unit
Built with aluminum frame and steel panels, this machine has made possible a custom air purification system where otherwise the customer would not be able to carry out its work. Main technical data Nominal flow rate: 4000 mc/h Residual pressure: 700 Pa Dimensions: mm 550x1110x1200H 3 stages of mechanical filtration:
Ejection on the top of the filter to respect the dimensions due to the production layout.

Using the same working method, our thirty-year skills and our teamwork we are able to develop the basic engineering, design and installation of industrial air purification systems tailored to the abatement of:
– Chips
– Sandblasting
– Liquid or dust coating VOCs
Reference standards: working environment
Remember that industrial air purification systems must meet precise regulations both for the protection of air quality in the working environment and to preserve the quality of the air emitted by industrial systems in the atmosphere.
The reference legislation regarding the working environment is D.lgs. n. 81 of 2008 “Protection of health and safety in the workplace” the non-compliance with the provisions of the law of Legislative Decree No. 81/08 in this matter has criminal relevance for employers and managers (Art. 55) concerning the failure to provide the appropriate protection systems. Also, the persons in charge (art. 56) and the workers (art. 59) are sanctioned in relation respectively to the lack of supervision and the non-use of the predisposed systems of protection.
