Compactable extraction tunnel

The compactable and extensible extraction tunnels represent unique advantages compared to traditional systems with a fixed structure such as paint booths, the blasting booths or metal plating booths.

In fact, thanks to the structure that can be closed/compacted like a tunnel this innovative system allows you to recover the space in the workshop when not in use, to move the booth simply by using a forklift or to place particularly large and heavy pieces with the tunnel closed and then open it and apply the paint products safely.

All extraction tunnels are equipped with an integrated ventilation system with horizontal flow filtration, for the protection of operators working inside and for the compliance with environmental regulations.

Construction

• Suction unit complete with filters and fan positioned on one side of the work area and equipped with services framework for the start-up of ventilation and the management of the internal lighting.
• Extendible telescopic tunnel with steel frame and double-coated flame retardant PVC tarpaulin certified for welding and grinding metals.
