Compliance with the standards of the Lombardy region

All the suction systems equipped with filtration are dimensioned in order to respect the parameters indicated in DGR_RL_13943_2003_LOMBARDIAaspirationimplants, which establishes the technical characteristics and the criteria of use of the «Best available technologies» for the reduction of the atmospheric pollution produced from the productive plants, subject to the authorization procedures of which to the d.p.r. 203/88.

This is a very important aspect for our customers who avoid making investments in suction systems that initially seem more competitive but then are not in compliance with regional regulations and therefore are not allowed during the filing practice for emission into the atmosphere.

Specifically, the purifiers of our production involved by these standards are:

• Dry dust collectors defined in SHEET D.MF.02 (filter cartridges for central suction systems, suction benches, and mobile dust collectors)
• Active carbon abatement with external reactivation defined in the AC CARD.RE.01 (filters for the abatement of COV-SOV and odors).

The Regional Council on 05/06/2012 also amended and updated the DGR Lombardia-BAT2012suction_systems or the best available technologies for the containment of pollutants in the atmosphere in relation to the production cycle from which the pollutants are generated.
